Hidden Gem

Cafe Bistro located on the third floor of Nordstrom's is a little inconspicuous dining delight. Their operation is unique and fun, you decide what you want give your order to the hostess at the front including beverage and then you pick wherever you would like to sit and a server then brings your drinks and food when ready. I ordered the chicken artichoke and goat cheese salad which included organic baby greens, roasted chicken breast, marinated artichoke hearts, goat cheese, zesty chiles and garlic croutons with Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. It was absolutely fantastic the chicken was so tasty and the zesty chiles are these sweet red chiles which I felt perfectly complimented the other ingredients. My mother ordered the bistro club with sliced chicken breast avocado Roma tomato French green beans with a garlic aioli on toasted rustic bread this delicious sandwich was served with the most addicting bistro fries and a kalamata olive dip which I would order by the tub full if I could! Everything was perfectly prepared and the flavors delicious. Everything on the menu I would absolutely be interested in ordering for example the brick oven wild mushroom and herb ricotta pizza, the cilantro lime shrimp salad and roasted vegetable focaccia. This place is a hit and a successful lunch or dinner spot with a variety of items that sound mouthwatering.
