Side dish tip of the week

Roasted italian cauliflower..turn this winter vegetable into a spectacular side dish..toss cauliflower florets with 3 cloves of garlic, olive oil, kosher salt And black pepper. Roast in a 400 oven for 25 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven and put in serving bowl. Top with freshly grated parmesan, shredded basil, Toasted pine nuts and lemon zest. Bellisimo!
